New (2022) penthouse apartment on the outskirts of Fuengirola is available for couples and families with children. The apartment has beautiful views to the Mediterranean and sun from morning to evening. It is 4 minutes down to Fuengirola's 8 km long sandy beach and promenade with all restaurants and bars. Middel View is a private facility. There are intercoms with screens and access control at all entrances to the facility, at exterior doors to the blocks and to the apartments.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen 10 sqm. and living room 36 sqm. Two terraces of 3 and 25 sqm. and roof terrace 94 sqm. with private pool and barbecue. The apartment has air conditioning and free high speed Wifi.

2 BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have two beds that can be put together into a double bed or into two single beds. An extra bed for children is possible.
Two bathrooms with electric towel rail and one bathroom has a bath.
KITCHEN:
White high-gloss kitchen with Bosch induction hob, Bosch fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, ice maker and all glassware and equipment for a successful holiday.
LIVING ROOM:
36 sqm. living room with large chaise longue sofa, chair with stool, solid birch dining table with 6 chairs and 65 inch SmartTV.
From the living room you go out to the furnished terrace of 25 sqm which is good to have warm summer evenings. Here you can enjoy refreshments and listen to the waves of the Mediterranean.
ROOF TERRACE WITH PRIVATE POOL
From the terrace there are stairs up to the roof terrace which is 94 sqm. It has several small sections and here you can take a refreshing bath in the pool. Yoga mats are ready for today's gym (or you can go down to the common gym with all the equipment). Extendable dining table with 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers, parasol, barbecue and kitchen area.
ARGE COMMON POOL, SAUNA AND TRIM ROOM
From all terraces you have a direct view to the apartments' large communal pool / children's pool and gardens. The whole area is planted with flowers, shrubs and trees and there is a separate section where fruits, berries and vegetables are grown.
The gym is popular and when you exercise you have both pool views and sea views. In the same building is the sauna with direct access to the pool.
You will have access to the community gym and pool Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.Â
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, Â the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
The apartment is now equipped with a pool heater, the pool can be heated for a cost of €100 per week.
Pool heating is available for the rooftop pool for an additional fee of 20€/day (applicable for the whole stay. This service must be ordered at least 2 days prior to arrival).
