El Porton bright apartment in Calahonda by Costarentals - Ref 95

Welcome to this magnificent apartment located in the upper part of Calahonda with an incomparable view of the Mediterranean Sea and with a well-kept pool area and parking. The area where the apartment is located is called Calahonda and is well known for its proximity to golf, nature and well-kept urbanizations and a wide international food scene with restaurants from around the world. The closest are our own favorites, Miel y Nata, which at a good price has large portions of GOOD food, and La Familia with very good fish dishes. A 5-minute drive takes you down to the beach where you have a long promenade that takes you to Cabopino in the west and La Cala de Mijas in the east.In the center there are grocery stores such as Lidl, Mercadona and Supersol as well as several restaurants, bars and shops. In Calahonda there is a 9-hole course called La Siesta and is well-liked, there is also a sports facility with paddle and tennis as well as a gym nearby. When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and spacious apartment with the large living room straight ahead, here you have a dining area for 4, 2 comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV with international channels and fast fiber connection. From the living room you come out on the large balcony in a south-east location with morning sun and a weber grill. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of space to cook. Master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed with its own exit to the balcony, a dressing table with mirror and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a private jacuzzi. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to a private balcony and a shared toilet with shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C, WIFI, Parking, a smaller year-round open pool as well as a seasonal pool and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.

Supplement for pool towel €4 per stay. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. 

In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia,  the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.
